  : The guy I checked in with was cool and helpful.
  : I checked out within 2 days of my reservation and informed front desk that I was doing so. She ended up not checking me out and later when I called asking why they hadn't approved my refund she wouldn't help me at all. She claimed she was gm and said I was still in the room and had been getting service. She said I couldn't get refunded until I could think of her name. I asked if she could look at the schedule to see who had been working that shift and she refused. Eventually I simply had to call corporate. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with that woman.
